Macau, March 2008
We re-visited Macau a couple of years after the first time. It was mostly 2 day / 1 night trip from Hong Kong.
Our first stop was "Fisherman's Wharf", a theme park of sorts. This is the "Chinese Historical Section".
For some reason, it was closed. There were a few other things at the Wharf, but not many very interesting. The boys only truly enjoyed themselves when they found a video arcade, and after converting for Macau money, games were less than half price from Singapore...oh well...
Later that evening, we had a pretty cheap buffet dinner at the "Americas" section of the wharf, in a restaurant that was 1950s diner design (hence the tacky car).
The next morning, we headed back up to Macau historical center.
(video is 7 minutes)
After that, we headed to Macau Tower.
The only complaint was that the air was so bad that visibility was very poor. So, really, what's the point of going up to the tallest point to see...haze?
