Whistler, July 2011 -- Skiing in Summer

Whistler in Summer; still amazing...must come back in Winter...

I am getting ahead of myself...this pic was taken on Whistler-Blackcomb, in July 2011. Blazing hot at ground level, snow and skiing up here...

Whistler is about 90 mins away from Vancouver by coach.

And soon I saw the snow capped mountains

This is Whistler village. 

It once held the winter olympics.

Elephant and castle pub. But the menu did not look interesting...

This is the front of my hotel, the Holiday Inn Whislter (lobby 2nd floor)...ground floor, shops and restaurants.

 Dinner was Peking Duck...
